Frequently Asked Questions
For this service, it is preferable that the property is cleared of furniture, but if it is not, our cleaners will be willing to move it. However, please note that Health and Safety regulations only allow one cleaner to move furniture that can be handled by one person.
We provide fixed price quotes for our end-of-tenancy cleaning service, which depend on the size and specific requirements of your property, as well as any additional services you may request.
Certainly, we include a deep cleaning of a single oven as a standard part of our end-of-tenancy service. You only need to inform us of the type of oven you have, whether it’s a single oven, double oven, range oven, or any other type, and our team will take care of it.
One-off cleaning is typically booked by clients who reside in the property and require a one-time cleaning service. However, end-of-tenancy cleaning is a more comprehensive and deep cleaning service that is a standard for rental properties. Additionally, end-of-tenancy cleaning comes with a guarantee period, unlike one-off cleaning.
Our cleaning service price does not include parking fees, so we kindly ask that you provide a parking spot for our team’s van as close to the property as possible (within 50 to 150 metres). Our vehicles are ULEZ compliant, and there are no additional charges for this. Our team comes fully equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment, so it’s essential that they can easily access the property. If you require details to secure a parking permit, please contact us at least 24 hours before the service. Please provide a direct contact number, and we will update you via SMS or email between 5 pm and 7 pm the day before the service. In the event that the client cannot provide a parking permit, and we cannot find a free parking spot, the client will be responsible for covering the parking fee. If the property is located within the congestion zone, the client will also be asked to cover the charge.
We understand that you want a trustworthy and reliable cleaning company that can provide the best service possible, and that is exactly what we offer. With years of experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning, we have the expertise and skills needed to ensure your property is left in pristine condition. Moreover, we are aware of the stress that comes with moving out, and we strive to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
To ensure that we provide you with the highest quality service, there are a few things that need to be taken care of beforehand.
First, the property must be cleared of personal belongings, and the fridge/freezer must be defrosted and emptied.
Second, it’s ideal to have all rubbish and leftovers bagged and disposed of.
Lastly, we kindly ask that you ensure there is access to electricity, running hot water, and working lights, to guarantee that we can provide you with the best end-of-tenancy cleaning experience possible.
We offer a basic dusting of blinds as part of our standard End-of-Tenancy cleaning service. For a more thorough deep cleaning of blinds, we also provide this service for an additional cost.
Cleaning blinds can be a challenge due to the accumulation of dust, grease, and smoke. Our deep cleaning service includes the thorough cleaning and removal of blinds, and is covered by our guarantee. However, for light dusting of blinds, we cannot guarantee the level of cleanliness as some dust may remain.
We vacuum clean carpets and soft furnishing as it comes within the cleaning. Carpet washing and upholstery cleaning comes as separate service fees but we can do a discount if you book more than one cleaning service with us.
To ensure our staff can clean your fridge freezer during the End-of-Tenancy cleaning, we kindly ask that you defrost it 24 hours prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may prevent us from cleaning it effectively.
No, we don’t clean walls, marks on walls and ceilings as there is a risk of damaging the paint. We only remove the cobwebs.
End-of-Tenancy cleaning refers to a deep cleaning service that is performed in a rental property after a tenant moves out and before a new tenant moves in. It’s not designed to provide a perfect, nearly new finish.
Our policy requires either you or a representative to be present at the start and end of the cleaning. During the initial meeting, our cleaners will be welcomed, and any cleaning details will be discussed. We would require you to come back at the end of the cleaning sessions to inspect the premises, sign off our checklists, and settle the remaining balance. If necessary, we can discuss alternative options.
The average clean can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, but it’s normally advisable to give us a full 12 hours of access. When everything is agreed upon, we’ll confirm the reservation’s time and date.
Our cleaning staff do not handle the cleaning of human or animal blood, faeces, or bodily fluids. These types of cleanings are considered as hazardous and require the expertise of a specialist cleaner.
